Project Budget $50,000 - $75,000

Forest Hill Condo

This project for a client in Forest Hill featured impressive 75″ 4K TV built and recessed above the fireplace. A notable feature includes a mirror TV in the ensuite. The project also includes wireless multi-zone audio, centralized lighting with keypads, climate control, motorized blinds, and much more. All this equipment was able to fit into a 2′ x 4′ rack hidden away in the closet to save on space.

Collingwood Cottage

This project for a client in Collingwood featured a complete smart home automation system with tablet and phone control. Giving them the ability to monitor the cottage when they were away. Other features include a complete centralized lighting system with designer keypads, motorized blinds, ultra thin 4K TVs, in-ceiling speakers with wireless control, a video intercom doorbell, security cameras, smart locks, and more.

A simple yet detailed project overview is imperative so that each party knows exactly what is going on with each project we take on.  

We include up to date model numbers and high quality images of  each component in your proposal so you know exactly what your getting. 

Unlike some, we like to list out each products price line by line so you know exactly how much each component is and how we design with your budget in mind. 

You don’t like hidden cost and neither do we. We show a break down of everything from equipment and labour to delivery and other factors right on your proposal. No surprises. 

We lay out various recommended upgrade and downgrade options right on your proposal. You get to see how much it will cost to simple increase that screen size or to save on a pair of speakers. 

We understand plans can change and we make it easy to add or remove systems and components if necessary.

All cables, wires and devices get a unique identifier. This will ensure everyone knows what each devices is, and what room its designated for. Gone are the days of “which black box/cable are you referring too…”

Documentation & Programming Files

Our technical team thoroughly documents all aspects of your projected, from site photos, equipment checklists, programming and more. We write your systems program files but you are ultimately the owner. To give you peace of mind upon project completion we send you a digital copy of the file and even leave you with a USB stick holding a backup copy just incase.
